Job Summary
Supporting patients aged 13 and older, the full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide psychosocial support and evidence-based care in a fully remote environment while managing treatment planning and collaboration without the burden of billing or contracting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide psychosocial support and education to individuals and families, focusing on mental wellbeing
- Utilize evidence-based methodologies for diagnostic and treatment planning purposes
- Collaborate with the clinical care team to enhance continuity of care for patients
Required qualifications
- Active State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Virginia, Maryland, or Washington D.C
- Proven skills in diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and short-term counseling using evidence-based approaches
- Master's degree from an accredited College or University
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed
- Experience with virtual therapy delivery is preferred
