Job Summary

Offering a flexible work environment, the full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide outpatient therapy services, manage a diverse client portfolio, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team, with options for hybrid and telehealth work arrangements.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of mental health settings
• Manage a caseload while maintaining complete schedule autonomy
• Participate in weekly case consultations and provide or receive supervision as needed

Required qualifications:

• Valid licensure as LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, or LMFT
• Experience in outpatient mental health settings
• Commitment to evidence-based treatment practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education
