Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary

To support organizations during times of crisis, the part-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist will facilitate seminars, deliver Integrated Critical Incident Response (ICIR) services, and provide psychological first aid remotely while managing their own schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate seminars and deliver ICIR services through group sessions and brief 1:1 check-ins
• Conduct group debrief sessions and provide immediate support to individuals in crisis
• Manage documentation and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless care

Required qualifications

• Unrestricted license to practice counseling outside of the United States
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the mental health field
• Training in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, or CPT
• Experience or interest in delivering Integrated Critical Incident Response (ICIR) services
• Active professional liability insurance in line with local requirements
