Job Summary
To support organizations during times of crisis, the part-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist will facilitate seminars, deliver Integrated Critical Incident Response (ICIR) services, and provide psychological first aid remotely while managing their own schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate seminars and deliver ICIR services through group sessions and brief 1:1 check-ins
- Conduct group debrief sessions and provide immediate support to individuals in crisis
- Manage documentation and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless care
Required qualifications
- Unrestricted license to practice counseling outside of the United States
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the mental health field
- Training in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, or CPT
- Experience or interest in delivering Integrated Critical Incident Response (ICIR) services
- Active professional liability insurance in line with local requirements
