Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Job Summary
Seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist for a hybrid role in Philadelphia, PA, who will provide individual and group psychotherapy, develop trauma-informed treatment plans, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults, focusing on evidence-based treatment
- Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans and conduct comprehensive mental health assessments
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow therapists to deliver integrated mental health care and participate in treatment team meetings
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field
- Active independent licensure: LPC, LSW, LCSW
- Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment
- Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care
- Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
