Job Summary
Supporting patients aged 13 and older, the full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide psychosocial support and evidence-based care in a fully remote environment, while managing treatment planning and collaboration with a clinical care team.
Key responsibilities
- Provide psychosocial support and education to individuals, couples, and families
- Utilize evidence-based methodologies for treatment planning and short-term counseling
- Collaborate with the clinical care team to ensure continuity of care for patients
Required qualifications
- Current, active, and unencumbered State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Master's degree from an accredited College or University
- Proven skills in diagnostic assessment, care collaboration, and treatment planning
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses based on business needs
- Experience with evidence-based methodologies, including motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy
