Job Summary
To support a growing mental health practice, the full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist, DE will deliver individual and group psychotherapy, conduct comprehensive assessments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while providing care in a hybrid schedule that includes remote flexibility.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver individual and group psychotherapy using CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed approaches
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and peers in interdisciplinary team meetings and case consultations
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field
- Active, independent licensure in MD: LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, or LGPC
- Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience in mental health treatment
- Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care
- Comfort with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
