Licensed Mental Health Therapist - MD

Job Summary

To support a mission-driven team transforming senior mental health care, the part-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist - MD will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, design personalized treatment plans, and manage electronic documentation while working remotely with flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Participate in regular team meetings, supervision, and training to ensure best practices

Required qualifications

• A completed master's or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or marriage and family therapy
• An active clinical license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP)
• Experience working with the geriatric population
• Comfort with technology and experience providing teletherapy is a plus
