Licensed Mergers & Acquisitions Executive

Job Summary

Managing a mid-market book of business, the full-time Licensed Mergers & Acquisitions Executive will serve as the primary client contact, oversee a service team, and develop new business opportunities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manages client relationships and oversees service team activities with minimal input from Producers
• Identifies and develops new business leads and cross-sell opportunities while preparing and presenting renewal analyses to clients
• Negotiates with carriers and manages third-party vendor relationships on behalf of clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Eight (8) or more years of related work experience
• Valid Insurance License
• Must meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal
