Job Summary
To support military service members and their families, the full-time Licensed Military Family Counselor will provide confidential, non-medical counseling and outreach services remotely, focusing on enhancing wellbeing and mission readiness.
Key responsibilities
- Providing confidential, non-medical counseling to service members, spouses, children, and families
- Delivering short-term, solution-focused support and consultation services
- Conducting outreach activities and building relationships within military communities
Required qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Independent, unrestricted clinical licensure such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
- Experience providing counseling or behavioral health services
- Ability to work effectively with military populations and diverse communities
- Strong presentation, consultation, and relationship-building skills
