Job Summary
To support military service members and their families, the full-time Licensed Military Family Counselor will provide confidential, non-medical counseling and outreach services while working remotely across the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Providing confidential, non-medical counseling to service members, spouses, children, and families
- Delivering short-term, solution-focused support and conducting outreach activities within military communities
- Collaborating with installation leadership and family support organizations to enhance military family resilience and wellbeing
Required qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Independent, unrestricted clinical licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent)
- Experience providing counseling or behavioral health services
- Ability to work effectively with military populations and diverse communities
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
