Job Summary

A company is looking for a Millwright in Richmond, Virginia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret engineering specifications, blueprints, and equipment manuals for installation planning
• Install, align, and level equipment and systems, and assemble/disassemble machines for repair or relocation
• Supervise construction workers and ensure safe equipment transfer to avoid contamination or hazards

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Millwright in industrial or mechanical construction
• Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and equipment manuals
• Skilled in equipment installation, precision alignment, and maintenance practices
• Completion of an accredited millwright certificate program
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform strenuous tasks in industrial environments
