Licensed Mortgage Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing mortgage team, the full-time Licensed Mortgage Associate will manage client relationships, coordinate documentation, and assist with sales and marketing efforts in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and guiding them through the loan process
• Conduct preliminary loan file reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Create marketing materials and support lead generation initiatives to expand the sales pipeline

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in finance or business preferred
• Current NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator License or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in mortgage or financial services
• Strong understanding of mortgage products and regulatory standards
• Experience with Encompass loan origination software is strongly preferred
