Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert advice throughout the mortgage process
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities using industry knowledge
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and company objectives

Required Qualifications

• Licensed mortgage broker in at least one Canadian province
• Experience in lending products or sales functions is a strong plus
• Demonstrated success in a commission-based sales role, preferably within the mortgage industry
• Strong understanding of regulatory developments and industry trends
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deliverables
