Job Summary

A company is looking for a Closer responsible for preparing mortgage closing documents and ensuring accuracy in communication and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and ensure accuracy of mortgage closing documents while following federal and state requirements
• Communicate with internal staff and settlement agents to resolve closing issues promptly
• Maintain a closing pipeline and deliver complete closed loan files within specified timeframes

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years' experience in preparing mortgage loan closing documents, preferred
• Knowledge of multiple investors' closing policies and procedures
• Familiarity with RESPA, TILA, Fair Lending, Flood, and state laws and regulations, preferred
• Experience with Encompass software, preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
