Job Summary

Managing the closing process for wholesale mortgage loans, the full-time Licensed Mortgage Closer will focus on government products and ensure accurate preparation and delivery of Closing Disclosures while working remotely in the Pacific Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end closing process for wholesale mortgage loans
• Prepare, review, and deliver Closing Disclosures in compliance with TRID regulations
• Coordinate with brokers, account executives, underwriters, and title/settlement agents to facilitate smooth closings

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of Mortgage Closing experience
• Strong background in Wholesale lending environment
• Proven experience with Government loan programs (FHA, VA, USDA)
• Hands-on experience with Closing Disclosure preparation and review
• Knowledge of TRID regulations and compliance requirements
