Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with borrowers, evaluate loan options, and manage a pipeline of purchase and refinance loans
• Use state-of-the-art technology to qualify borrowers for loan programs and provide exceptional customer service
• Stay knowledgeable about loan programs and financing options while establishing ongoing relationships with clients

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recent mortgage loan origination experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Active NMLS number and compliance with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry requirements
• Understanding of mortgage regulatory guidelines and strong negotiation skills
• Proven track record of success in a sales environment and desire to be a top producer
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, results-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
