Job Summary
A company is looking for a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with borrowers to evaluate loan options and meet their needs
- Manage a pipeline for both purchase and refinance loans
- Utilize advanced technology to qualify borrowers for various loan programs
Required Qualifications
- Recent mortgage loan origination experience (2+ years preferred)
- Must meet all Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) requirements
- Understanding of mortgage regulatory guidelines
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities
