Job Summary

Engaging with motivated homebuyers and refinancers, the full-time Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer will utilize advanced technology to consult on loan options and close loans quickly, all while working remotely and managing pre-qualified leads without cold calling.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with borrowers to understand their needs and present suitable loan options
• Utilize state-of-the-art technology to qualify and close loans efficiently
• Build long-term relationships for referrals and repeat business while meeting monthly sales goals

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of recent mortgage loan origination experience, preferably in a call center
• Active NMLS license with a minimum of 5 active state licenses
• Understanding of mortgage regulatory guidelines and loan structuring
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in sales
• High-speed internet connection meeting specified minimum speeds for remote work
