Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer will manage warm borrower referrals from top-producing Loan Officers, guiding loans from application to closing while ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct borrower consultations via phone and Zoom, advising on appropriate loan products
• Manage the loan process from application through closing, maintaining communication with borrowers and Realtors
• Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure files are complete and on track

Required qualifications

• Active Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer (NMLS required)
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products and guidelines
• Ability to confidently advise borrowers on loan options
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Team-oriented mentality with a client-first mindset
