Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer

Job Summary

Engaging with motivated homebuyers and refinancers, the full-time Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer will utilize advanced technology to qualify and close loans quickly while working remotely and receiving pre-qualified leads with no cold calling.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with borrowers to understand their needs and present suitable loan options
• Collaborate with in-house processors and underwriters to ensure fast loan closings
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and conversion targets

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of recent mortgage loan origination experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Active NMLS license and a minimum of 1-5 active state licenses
• Understanding of mortgage regulatory guidelines and loan structuring
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment
• High-speed internet connection meeting specified requirements for remote work
