Job Summary

Engaging with warm transfer leads, the full-time Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer will consult with borrowers to present loan options and utilize advanced technology for quick loan closings in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with motivated homebuyers and refinancers to understand their needs and present suitable loan options
• Utilize state-of-the-art technology to qualify and close loans efficiently
• Build long-term relationships for referrals and repeat business while meeting monthly sales goals

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of recent mortgage loan origination experience, preferably in a call center
• Active NMLS license with a minimum of 5 active state licenses
• Understanding of mortgage regulatory guidelines and loan structuring
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
• Strong desire to succeed as a top producer in sales
