Job Summary

Engaging with motivated homebuyers and refinancers, the full-time Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator will utilize advanced technology to qualify and close loans quickly, while working remotely and benefiting from a company-provided pipeline of pre-qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with borrowers to understand their needs and present suitable loan options
• Collaborate with in-house processors and underwriters to ensure fast loan closings
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and conversion rates

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of recent mortgage loan origination experience, preferably in a call center
• Active NMLS license and a minimum of 1-5 active state licenses
• Understanding of mortgage regulatory guidelines and loan structuring
• Strong desire to succeed in a sales environment with a results-oriented mindset
• High-speed internet connection meeting specified requirements for remote work
