Job Summary

Engaging with motivated homebuyers and refinancers, the full-time Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator will utilize advanced technology to qualify and close loans quickly while working remotely with provided pre-qualified leads and an uncapped commission structure.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with borrowers to understand their needs and present suitable loan options
• Collaborate with in-house processors and underwriters to ensure fast closings
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and conversion targets

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of recent mortgage loan origination experience, preferably in a call center
• Active NMLS license and a minimum of 1-5 active state licenses
• Understanding of mortgage regulatory guidelines and loan structuring
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in sales
• High-speed internet connection capable of supporting remote work requirements
