Job Summary
Providing essential support to mortgage loan officers, the full-time Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (Inside Sales) will assist with loan applications, documentation, and customer interactions to ensure timely loan closings in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in taking and reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation
- Manage a pipeline of various loan types and facilitate timely loan closings
- Provide clerical support to loan officers and processors, ensuring a positive customer experience
Required qualifications:
- Active NMLS license or commitment to obtain NMLS
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of mortgage-related experience, including customer contact
- Previous sales support experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
