Licensed Multifamily Bond Attorney
Job Summary
To support a leading financial services client, the remote Licensed Multifamily Bond Attorney will manage multifamily financing products and transactions, coordinate with outside counsel, and provide strategic legal guidance throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Support multifamily financing products and transactions
- Manage and coordinate with outside counsel
- Identify legal and transactional risks and advise stakeholders accordingly
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of municipal finance, public finance, or related transactional finance experience
- Experience with bond credit enhancement transactions
- Experience in municipal finance and/or multifamily housing finance
- Juris Doctor degree or equivalent and licensed to practice law in an applicable jurisdiction
