Job Summary
A company is looking for a Neurodiversity Navigator who is passionate about whole-person, whole-family mental health care.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients by assessing their needs, providing psychoeducation, and creating client-centered care plans
- Administer psychoeducational training to caregivers and serve as a neurodiversity subject matter expert
- Independently manage a caseload of complex neurodiverse clients and facilitate ongoing engagement through various levels of care
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Significant experience managing neurodiversity-related clinical situations
- Experience providing training on behavior and neurodiversity-related topics
- Deep understanding of the neurodiversity care navigation landscape for both children and adults
- Bilingual, Spanish-speaking candidates preferred
