Job Summary

A company is looking for a Neurodiversity Navigator who is passionate about whole-person, whole-family mental health care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients by assessing their needs, providing psychoeducation, and creating client-centered care plans
  • Administer psychoeducational training to caregivers and serve as a neurodiversity subject matter expert
  • Independently manage a caseload of complex neurodiverse clients and facilitate ongoing engagement through various levels of care
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Significant experience managing neurodiversity-related clinical situations
  • Experience providing training on behavior and neurodiversity-related topics
  • Deep understanding of the neurodiversity care navigation landscape for both children and adults
  • Bilingual, Spanish-speaking candidates preferred
