Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Network Supervisor (Non-Medical Counseling).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees the efficiency and continuity of services provided by network providers for non-medical counseling
• Acts as the main contact for providers regarding issues related to claims and service navigation
• Tracks compliance with service level agreements and reports on provider performance and participant satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited program
• Current valid unrestricted counseling license from a recognized authority
• Minimum of two years of full-time counseling experience post-licensure
• At least three years of experience leading teams of licensed counseling professionals
• Experience in managing relationships with clinical providers and ensuring service delivery compliance
