Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel, NA.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate governance matters and support SEC filings compliance
• Provide legal support for M&A transactions, including due diligence and contract negotiation
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements while ensuring alignment with internal policies

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
• 6-10 years of relevant legal experience in corporate governance, securities, M&A, and commercial contracts
• Strong understanding of U.S. securities laws and corporate governance frameworks
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High integrity and sound judgment with a collaborative mindset
