Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time Licensed Nurse Practitioner will provide evidence-based, patient-centered care for obesity management while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team in a remote telehealth setting, committing to 24 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently provide a world-class level of clinical care and patient experience
• Review patient intake and prescribe appropriate weight loss therapy based on clinical protocols
• Manage daily tasks, oversee patient progress, and coordinate care with coaches during scheduled check-ins

Required Qualifications

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or other relevant specialties)
• Active, unrestricted license in IL, IN, IA, MI, MN, MT, NE, ND, OH, PA, SD, WV, WI, WY
• Experience conducting telehealth visits
• Prior experience with metabolic health strongly preferred
