Key Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of clinicians through regular check-ins and performance feedback
• Maintain an active clinical schedule while overseeing clinician operations and support
• Identify performance gaps and collaborate on interventions to ensure quality care

Required Qualifications

• Licensed NP/APRN with an active, unencumbered license and board certification
• Strong clinical experience in women's health
• Experience in telehealth or a regulated healthcare environment
• Minimum of 1 year of recent people management experience
• Ability to balance clinical work with people management and operational execution
