Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their Virtual Health Assessment team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative care screenings, medication reconciliation, and provide health coaching and treatment
• Outreach to chronically ill members and engage those less likely to see their PCP
• Conduct virtual assessments and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited program
• Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC)
• Compact RN license (only applicable to NP)
• 3+ years of experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care
• Active licenses in at least 2 of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Texas, and/or Ohio
