Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse, RX Fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions accurately and in a timely manner while providing exceptional service to members and providers
• Support members with post-Teladoc visit needs and maintain knowledge of policies and prescribing guidelines
• Conduct health coaching and maintain accurate case documentation in the electronic health record

Required Qualifications

• Active RN, BSN or MSN, NP in good standing
• 1-3 years of clinical experience
• Customer service experience in a health care setting
• Strong knowledge base of prescription medications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
