Job Summary

A company is looking for an Obesity Medicine Nurse Practitioner.

Key Responsibilities

Provide longitudinal telehealth care for patients with obesity
Collaborate with physicians and registered dietitians to deliver team-based care
Conduct telemedicine visits with a focus on evidence-based obesity management

Required Qualifications

Nurse Practitioner degree with recent experience in obesity medicine
Licensed to practice and prescribe in CA, MA, NY, TX, NJ, and/or IL
2+ years of experience in outpatient or obesity medicine settings
Prior experience conducting telemedicine visits
Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
