Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vivistim Therapy Coach (West).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage standardized discharge and long-term recovery plans for patients
• Engage directly with patients to reinforce therapy understanding and adherence
• Document patient progress and coordinate with healthcare professionals for continuity of care

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of neurorehabilitation experience, preferably in stroke recovery
• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or equivalent neurorehab clinician is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and outcomes tracking tools
• Understanding of stroke recovery and neurorehabilitation care pathways
• Comfortable with virtual patient engagement from a home office environment
