Job Summary
A company is looking for an Oncology Clinical Pharmacist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluates and adjusts drug therapy for patients with specialty conditions
- Monitors treatment efficacy and safety parameters for patients receiving specialty medications
- Collaborates with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and ensure compliance with accreditation standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctorate of Pharmacy Degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy
- 3 years of relevant experience or 1 year of completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY-1 residency program
- Licensed Registered Pharmacist upon hire
- Completion of a pharmacy program from an accredited school of pharmacy
