Licensed Oncology Clinical Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oncology Clinical Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluates and adjusts drug therapy for patients with specialty conditions
• Monitors treatment efficacy and safety parameters for patients receiving specialty medications
• Collaborates with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and ensure compliance with accreditation standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctorate of Pharmacy Degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy
• 3 years of relevant experience or 1 year of completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY-1 residency program
• Licensed Registered Pharmacist upon hire
• Completion of a pharmacy program from an accredited school of pharmacy
