Job Summary

Offering total control over their professional life, the part-time Licensed Online Mental Health Counselor will provide empathetic and evidence-based psychotherapy to clients via a secure video platform while managing their own schedule and clinical documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families through a HIPAA-compliant video platform
• Conduct initial assessments, create personalized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using a user-friendly EHR system while managing availability and calendar

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice therapy in the state (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.)
• Comfortable with telehealth software and have a reliable high-speed internet connection
• Ability to work independently while adhering to ethical and professional standards
• Possess or be willing to obtain professional liability insurance
