Job Summary

To support a flexible work-life balance, the part-time Licensed Online Mental Health Counselor will provide evidence-based psychotherapy to clients via a secure video platform while managing their own schedule and caseload as a 1099 Independent Contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families through a HIPAA-compliant platform
• Conduct initial assessments and establish personalized treatment plans while monitoring client progress
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation within the user-friendly EHR system

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice therapy in the state (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.)
• Comfortable navigating telehealth software with a reliable internet connection
• Ability to work independently while adhering to ethical and professional standards
• Possess or be willing to obtain professional liability insurance
