Job Summary

Offering total control over their professional life, the part-time Licensed Online Mental Health Counselor will provide high-quality psychotherapy to clients via a secure video platform, managing their own schedule and caseload as a 1099 Independent Contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families
• Conduct initial assessments and establish personalized treatment plans while monitoring client progress
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation within the user-friendly EHR system

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice therapy in the state (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
• Comfortable with telehealth software and possess a reliable high-speed internet connection
• Ability to work independently while upholding high ethical and professional standards
• Must possess or be willing to obtain professional liability insurance
