Job Summary

Offering flexible scheduling and complete control over caseload, the part-time Licensed Online Mental Health Counselor will provide empathetic psychotherapy to clients via a secure video platform while managing their own availability and clinical documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families
• Conduct initial assessments and establish personalized treatment plans for clients
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation within the EHR system

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice therapy in the state (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.)
• Comfortable navigating telehealth software with a reliable internet connection
• Ability to work independently while adhering to ethical and professional standards
• Must possess or be willing to obtain professional liability insurance
