Job Summary
Managing a team of licensed agents, the full-time Licensed Operations Team Leader will oversee performance, provide coaching support, and drive improvement in key performance indicators while working remotely from various states.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage team performance by identifying outliers and coaching agents to enhance results
- Lead discussions on performance trends and participate in calls with leadership and clients
- Champion the company culture and support the mission to help consumers live healthier lives
Required qualifications:
- Active and valid health insurance license
- Proven experience in team management with 6 months to 1 year in a virtual call center
- Prior experience supporting the UHC Telesales portfolio
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in customer service or sales
