Licensed Operations Team Leader

Job Summary

Managing a team of licensed agents, the full-time Licensed Operations Team Leader will oversee performance, provide coaching support, and drive improvement in key performance indicators while working remotely from various states.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage team performance by identifying outliers and coaching agents to enhance results
• Lead discussions on performance trends and participate in calls with leadership and clients
• Champion the company culture and support the mission to help consumers live healthier lives

Required qualifications:

• Active and valid health insurance license
• Proven experience in team management with 6 months to 1 year in a virtual call center
• Prior experience supporting the UHC Telesales portfolio
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in customer service or sales
