Licensed Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Licensed Outpatient Mental Health Therapist will evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and maintain a minimum caseload of 25 clients per week while working fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and develop treatment plans, ensuring ongoing documentation as per company policy
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team to enhance community mental health access
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution and on track for licensure
• Current clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) is required
• Experience in completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
• Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems; Valant experience is a plus
• Fully licensed clinicians must ideally be credentialed with insurance panels
