Job Summary
To support patient care through telehealth services, the full-time Licensed Outpatient Therapist will plan, organize, and implement therapy for individuals and families, conducting evaluations and ongoing therapy while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and implement social work services via telehealth to meet emotional and social needs of patients and families
- Consult with psychiatrists and Specialty Clinic staff to develop appropriate treatment plans for patient care crises
- Provide supervision for LCSW teammates working towards PIP when applicable
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience providing individual counseling services
- Licensed to work independently as a Social Worker in the assigned states; additional required licenses must be obtained within 6 months of employment
- Preferred experience with clients having dual diagnoses (addictive disorders alongside mental health conditions)
- Clinical experience in conducting evaluations and providing individual therapy services
- Crisis intervention training preferred
