Licensed Overnight EAP Counselor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Clinical Counselor (Overnight).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide single session telephonic and video counseling, crisis management, and support while maintaining client confidentiality
• Assess clients for appropriateness for short-term counseling and manage high-risk calls
• Develop treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation in the case management system

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or psychology
• Minimum of 2 years of direct client-contact experience in counseling or mental health services
• Experience with clinical assessments and short-term counseling modalities
• Training in crisis intervention and experience with high-risk clients is beneficial
• Ability to work with clients facing substance abuse, crises, and mental health symptoms
