Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director - Patent Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and prosecute pharmaceutical patent applications related to antibodies and biologic therapeutics
• Analyze risks and develop strategic approaches to support business objectives
• Advise teams on exclusivity, freedom to operate, and litigation risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field
• Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) Degree
• Minimum of four years of post-JD experience as a patent attorney
• At least four years of experience with patent applications for antibodies and biologics
• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. state and before the USPTO
