Licensed Patient Services Director

Job Summary

To support the ESRD Network operations, the part-time salaried Licensed Patient Services Director will serve as the primary advocate for dialysis and transplant patients, overseeing grievance resolution, patient engagement initiatives, and compliance with CMS requirements, while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for patient grievances, complaints, and access-to-care concerns
• Lead case review activities to ensure compliance with CMS and ESRD Network requirements
• Direct patient engagement activities and oversee emergency preparedness efforts for the ESRD Network region

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Minimum six (6) years of social work experience in a medical or mental health setting
• Strong knowledge of patient advocacy and healthcare systems
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications
• Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills
