Key Responsibilities

Provide education and support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers regarding therapeutic areas
Establish relationships and maintain rapport with patients and healthcare providers in a telephonic setting
Coordinate financial options and navigate patient account records in a digital CRM

Required Qualifications

AD or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN, RN) with a valid nursing license
Four or more years of nursing experience; telephonic experience preferred
Two or more years of experience in the Psychiatry Therapeutic Area
Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and healthcare billing
Experience with digital CRM systems
