Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed P&C Insurance Service Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to existing and prospective policyholders via phone, email, and SMS
• Retain and grow customers by managing renewals and presenting competitive solutions
• Drive revenue through consultative selling and quoting additional lines of coverage

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of personal lines insurance experience in a service, retention, or sales support role
• Active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license in at least 10 states
• Proven success in preventing cancellations and cross-selling products
• Highly proficient in navigating multiple carrier systems and CRMs
• Detail-oriented and capable of performing high-quality work with limited oversight
