Licensed P&C Insurance Broker

Job Summary

To support a fast-growing insurance program, an experienced Licensed P&C Insurance Broker will engage on a 1099 contract basis, collaborating with Account Executives to integrate insurance solutions, manage the application and quoting process, and serve as a subject matter expert in workers compensation for clients in the agriculture sector.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to support insurance sales as part of the overall product offering
• Manage insurance production activities throughout the application, quote, proposal, and binding process
• Maintain relationships with underwriters to secure competitive terms for clients and support claims processes

Required qualifications

• Active P&C insurance broker license in good standing
• 5+ years of P&C brokerage experience with strong command of workers compensation coverage
• Demonstrated knowledge of core insurance principles and ability to explain them to clients
• Familiarity with Applied Epic / EZLynx and Salesforce CRM
• Active Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance coverage
