Licensed P&C Insurance Sales Agent

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the remote Licensed P&C Insurance Sales Agent will provide custom quotes for home, auto, renters, and personal umbrella policies, aiming to convert inbound calls into sales while demonstrating empathy and educating customers on policy options.

Key responsibilities

• Provide custom insurance quotes and convert calls into sales, with a target conversion rate of at least 20%
• Educate customers on policy options and document interactions thoroughly for accuracy
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional insurance products

Required qualifications

• Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty insurance (no current appointments preferred)
• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in P&C insurance
• Proven sales skills with the ability to influence customers and close sales
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Verifiable high school diploma or GED
