Licensed Pediatric Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing pediatric practice, the part-time Licensed Pediatric Therapist will provide evidence-based therapy to children and adolescents, collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, and maintain flexible scheduling while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults, establishing strong therapeutic relationships
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessments of patient progress
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation and collaborate with family members and other specialists as needed

Required qualifications

• Independently licensed as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, or Maryland
• One year of experience providing direct care therapy to children and adolescents
• One year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
• Access to a phone, computer, and high-speed internet (if applicable as a 1099 contractor)
• Flexibility to work during core after-school hours and weekends
